Joe joined Oxford Analytica’s Advisory Practice in 2011 and works on a wide range of political and economic risk projects.
Recent work has included an assessment of political, economic and regulatory risks for a private equity firm seeking to invest in sub-Saharan Africa, a global political risk outlook for a leading financial services client, and a detailed report on the impact of WikiLeaks.
Prior to joining Oxford Analytica, Joe interned for the American Enterprise Institute and the Hudson Institute in Washington, DC, where he contributed to a number of regional security projects. He holds an MPhil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a BA in History from University College London.
