Meg PringleDirector of People & Development
Meg Pringle is Director of People & Development, having joined the firm in 2016.
Meg has been in the HR arena for over 25 years and has worked across number of sectors including professional services and communications, in national, internal and expatriate roles.
Her key areas of professional interest are talent development and employee engagement.
Meg has a BA Hons in Organisation Studies & Industrial Relations from Lancaster University and is a member of the CiPD. She has also completed a course in Strategic HRM at Ashridge HULT and Strategic Thinking at the IoD, in addition she is MBTI qualified as well as an NLP & DISC practitioner.
