Ruth Jackson
HR Manager
Ruth Jackson joined Oxford Analytica in April 2011 as the company’s HR Manager. Ruth has worked in both strategic and operational HR roles across public and private sector. Most recently she worked for Shell Development Australia as an HR Analyst on the Prelude FLNG Project and prior to this as Organisational Development Manager for Oxfordshire County Council where she was lead for Performance Management and the establishment and growth of a Local Government Apprenticeship Programme.
Ruth has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Oxford Brookes University, is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has a background in teaching in Further Education.
