Our Business Development Team is the client-facing division of Oxford Analytica and is comprised of an experienced and knowledgeable group of individuals there to help you get the best out of what we have to offer.

Senior executives within the BDT include:

Jeremy Eagle

Head of Sales & Marketing New York office

Education: University of Exeter, BSc Hons in Spanish and French (1994), Birkbeck College, University of London, MSc in International Business (1998).

Employment: Formerly employed at the Economist Intelligence Unit (1995 to 2008), holding a number of commercial positions, notably Global Marketing Director for eight years. Most recently head of marketing for the technology company Llesiant (2009), now a division of BNA.

Roddy Orr

Head of Business Development Oxford office

Current position since 2008. Previous positions held: CEO, Park Town Asset Management LLP (2005-2008), Managing Director, Goldman Sachs (2003-2005), Head of European Research Sales, Sanford Bernstein (2000-2003), Head of Equities, Sutherlands (1996-2000), Director of European Sales, ABN Amro (1989-1996), Managing Director, Morgan Grenfell Securities NY (1987-1989), Partner, Vivian Gray (1981-1987).

Michael Bruce

Executive Director Oxford office

Responsible for business development in the Asia Pacific region.

Education: 1977, BA Hons in PPE, Worcester College, Oxford University; 1984, MBA, INSEAD.

Current position since 2004. Previous positions held: Joined Oxford Analytica in 2000 as Head of Business Development.

Francois Deschamps

Senior Vice-President, Business Development Europe Paris office

Education: B.A. in Economics, graduated from EM Lyon Business School (1989).

Current position since 2009. Previous positions held: 1989-1991: French Chamber of Commerce in Milan (Italy), 1991-1996: various marketing positions in the shipping industry. Joined Oxford Analytica in 1996 as Vice-President, Business Development, France & Benelux; then Vice-President, Business Development, Southern Europe.

Kim Hills

Senior Vice-President, Business Development Europe Oxford office

Current position since 1993. Previous positions held: 1977-79: Morgan Guaranty (now JP Morgan) London; 1979-1991: Manager, Kleinwort Benson (now Dresdner Kleinwort) in London, Chicago and New York; 1991-1993: Director, AT&T Leasing, London.

Eric Noël

Senior Vice-President, North America

Education: Graduated from Bishop's University (Business Strategy), Institut d’Études européennes (European Law, Economics and Politics) and Solvay Business School (International Trade).

Joined Oxford Analytica in 1993. Previous positions held: strategy and M&A consultant for international media and finance companies in Canada, China, Europe and the United States. Author, speaker and media contributor on global trends, industries and markets. Visiting Expert on Global Trends, IESE Business School. External advisor to several Canadian and American organisations.

Rita Gail Johnson

Vice President, Business Development, New York office

Education: AB, cum laude, Harvard and Radcliffe Colleges, Psychology & Social Relations (1984); MBA, Harvard Business School (1988).

Current position held since 2010. Prior positions include: Director, Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers; Director, Corporate Advisory Services at Eurasia Group; Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young; and independent strategy consultant and non-profit advisor.
